I hold a London College of clinical Hypnosis Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and I am a registered therapist with the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. I have specific training in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy - the combined use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with hypnotherapy.

I also hold qualifications in counselling and business management and I am a Reiki Master/Teacher of the Usui system of natural healing. In addition I have over twenty years experience as a business manager, personal development trainer, groupwork facilitator and motivational trainer in both charitable and commercial sectors.
